The invention discloses an automatic control system of an automobile sunroof. The automatic control system comprises an airflow detector, a rain sensor, a first temperature detector, a second temperature detector, a single-chip microcomputer and a human body sensor, wherein the airflow detector, the rain sensor, the first temperature detector, the second temperature detector and the human body sensor are separately connected with the single-chip microcomputer; a starting motor for controlling opening or closing of the automobile sunroof is connected to the output end of the single-chip microcomputer. According to the automatic control system disclosed by the invention, when a person entering an automobile is induced preferably, the single-chip microcomputer is started to work; in the running process of the automobile, the indoor temperature is detected preferably; when the indoor temperature is too high, the automobile sunroof is opened, and then the external temperature is detected in real time; when the external temperature exceeds 30 DEG C, summer comes, the sunroof is closed, and an air conditioner can be started to drop temperature; in the opening process of the sunroof, the opening degree of the sunroof is controlled according to the size of the detected external airflow; when the external rain is too heavy, the sunroof is closed, so that automation technique is really realized.
