Preparation of anti-sagging dry-blending plastering mortar by means of molybdenum tailing sand
The invention relates to preparation of anti-sagging dry-blending plastering mortar by means of molybdenum tailing sand. In a preparation method, the anti-sagging dry-blending plastering mortar is prepared from, by weight, 50%-85% of the molybdenum tailing sand, 10%-30% of cement, 3%-5% of redispersible rubber powder, 0.2%-0.8% of easily-dispersed fibers, 0.2%-0.6% of a thixotropic lubricant and 0.15%-0.4% of methylcellulose, wherein the thixotropic lubricant and the methylcellulose also can be replaced by starch ether and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. According to the preparation of the anti-sagging dry-blending plastering mortar by means of the molybdenum tailing sand, the molybdenum tailing sand which harms the environment at present, is abandoned and not used and needs to be managed can be consumed in quantity, and the non-renewable resource natural sand is saved; on the other hand, the stability and anti-sagging property of the mortar are improved, the bad phenomena that bleeding occurs when the mortar is stored, and the mortar sags or clots when construction is performed are reduced, one-time construction can be achieved, the sagging or slippage phenomenon cannot occur, and the construction efficiency can be improved by one time or above.
