The invention discloses a preparation method of novel molybdenum tailing sand waterproof mortar. The waterproof mortar is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 30-50% of molybdenum tailing sand, 20-25% of modified cement, 2-8% of easily dispersible fibers, 2-6% of a thixotropic lubricant, 0.15-0.4% of methylcellulose, 5-10% of polymer latex, 1-1.3% of an additive and 2-4% of a reinforcing agent. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, grinding the molybdenum tailing sand with the components by a grinding machine, screening to enable the molybdenum tailing sand to be 180-200 meshes, and then carrying out pressurized oxidation treatment on the screened molybdenum tailing sand to remove sulfides contained in the molybdenum tailing sand; according to the invention, the molybdenum tailing sand is subjected to desulfurization treatment in the early stage to ensure that the later-stage finished product does not have the problem of relatively high harmfulness, meanwhile, ordinary cement adopted in the existing process is improved to improve the adhesiveness with the molybdenum tailings, and other auxiliary agents are matched to further improve the waterproof performance of the waterproof mortar; and the defects in the prior art are overcome.
本发明公开了一种新型钼尾矿砂防水砂浆制备方法,该防水砂浆按下列重量百分比组分组成:钼尾矿砂30~50%,改性水泥20~25%、易分散纤维2~8%,触变润滑剂2~6%,甲基纤维素0.15~0.4%,聚合物胶乳5~10%,外加剂1~1.3%,增强剂2~4%;步骤一:将上述组分的钼尾矿砂通过研磨机进行研磨后筛分,使得钼尾矿砂为180~200目,接着对筛分处的钼尾矿砂进行加压氧化处理,去除钼尾矿砂内部含有的硫化物;在本发明中,将钼尾矿砂在前期进行脱硫处理,保证后期成品不会出现危害性较高的问题,同时对现有工艺中采用的普通水泥做出改进,能够提升与钼尾矿的粘合性,并配合其他的辅助剂,能够进一步提升防水砂浆的防水性能,完善了现有工艺中的不足。
