Cover glaze is prepared from, by weight, 16%-23% of feldspar+albite, 5%-10% of porcelain sand, 5%-10% of kaolin, 17%-23% of zinc oxide, 5%-10% of calcined talc, 10%-16% of zirconium silicate, 14%-18% of titanium oxide, 5%-10% of glass dust and 1%-2% of colorant. The architectural decoration flambe art ceramic tile is formed through the steps of burdening, pulping, powder making, press forming, drying, ground coat sprinkling, cover glaze sprinkling, firing, fine trimming packaging and the like. The apparent size of snowflake-shaped crystal patterns ranges from 3 mm to 6 mm, and the maximum apparent size of cotton-shaped crystal patterns can reach about 20 mm. Low-temperature rapid sintering of flambe art ceramic is achieved, firing cost is reduced, and energy saving, consumption reduction and emission reduction are achieved.
