The invention discloses a temporary fixing method of a prefabricated external wall panel and a temporary fixing structure of the prefabricated external wall panel. The bottom of the prefabricated external wall panel is temporarily connected with a lower part structure through channel steel and screw bolts; meanwhile, the top of the prefabricated external wall panel is fixed through inclined supporters; and then, the prefabricated external wall panel and a building main body structure are cast into a whole by concrete. The method and the structure provided by the invention have the advantages that the fixation of the wall body is stable; the casting quality of the prefabricated external wall panel can be improved; meanwhile, the construction period can also be shortened; the cost can be reduced; and a great amount of labor can be saved.
