The invention relates to an anti-swing device applied in a stereo garage and the stereo garage with the same. The anti-swing device mainly comprises a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate which are fixedly connected to form a V-shaped structure, a space between the clamping plates is the space making contact with a car carrying plate, the first clamping plate or the second clamping plate is hinged to the lower edge of a side beam in the stereo garage, and part of the orthographic projection of the first clamping plate is located on a non-occupied car carrying plate of the stereo garage. According to the device, by designing a brand new structure, the car carrying plate can be prevented from being crashed with the side beam in the transverse moving process, and therefore the fault occurrence rate is decreased.
