The compound water-pervious floor tile comprehensively utilizing solid waste is prepared from, by weight, 50-53 parts of desert sand, 4-5 parts of thermoplastic phenolic resin, 0.6-0.7 part of urotropine, 0.2-0.22 part of calcium stearate, a proper amount of water, 42-45 parts of portland cement with the mark number being 42.5, 5-6 parts of coal ash, 3-4 parts of water-borne epoxy resin emulsion, 1.8-2 parts of oron trifluoride, 5-6 parts of recycled plastic powder, 40-45 parts of blast furnace slag powder, 8-10 parts of pumice, 0.8-1 part of a silane coupling agent kh550, 20-30 parts of waste magnesia carbon bricks, 80-88 parts of thermal power plant coal cinder and 0.2-0.3 part of sodium poly. The recycled plastic powder is added during preparation of surface layer materials, the tenacity and the strength of a tile body are improved, the porosity of the tile body is improved by adding the pumice, and the water-pervious coefficient is increased.
