The invention relates to a process for producing cement by comprehensively utilizing solid waste, the process mainly comprises the following steps: raw material preparation, drying treatment, weighing operation, crushing and grinding, calcining and cooling, cement preparation and the like, and used solid waste raw material cooling equipment comprises a bottom plate, a pre-cooling device, a cooling device and a discharging device. According to the process, the following problems existing during cooling of the existing calcined raw material powder can be solved: a, when the traditional calcined raw material powder is cooled, the raw material powder is mostly put into the cooling device for cooling operation, and the raw material powder is accumulated together and the temperature is too high, the cooling device cannot carry out comprehensive cooling operation on the raw material powder, so that the cooling efficiency of the raw material powder is reduced; and b, after the existing calcined raw material powder is cooled, the raw material powder is inconvenient to collect and easy to remain in a cooling device due to small volume of the raw material powder, so that the waste of the raw material is caused.
本发明涉及一种综合利用固体废物生产水泥工艺,主要包括以下步骤,原料准备、干燥处理、称重作业、粉碎研磨、煅烧冷却以及水泥制备等多种工序,使用到的固体废物原料冷却设备包括底板、预冷装置、冷却装置和出料装置,本发明可以解决现有的煅烧后的原料粉在冷却时存在的以下难题,a传统的煅烧后的原料粉在冷却时,大都是将原料粉放置到冷却装置内进行冷却作业,由于原料粉堆积在一起并且温度过高,使得冷却装置不能够对原料粉进行全面的冷却作业,降低了原料粉的冷却效率;b现有的煅烧后的原料粉在冷却后,由于原料粉的体积小,对原料粉的收集不方便,容易残留在冷却装置内,造成原材料的浪费。
