High-ductility clinker-free cement material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a high-ductility clinker-free cement material and a preparation method thereof. The high-ductility clinker-free cement material comprises components in parts by mass as follows: 100 parts of clinker-free cement, 30-40 parts of fine sand, 0.5-3 parts of and admixture, 0.5-2.5 parts of PVA (polyvinyl acetate) fibers and 20-40 parts of water, wherein the clinker-free cement comprises 55-80 parts of fly ash, 10-40 parts of slag, 0-5 parts of silica fume and 2-5 parts of an activator, and the materials are mixed proportionally and ground into powder with uniform fineness. The strength grade of the high-ductility clinker-free cement material is C20-C60, and the ultimate tensile deformation is 3.0%-6.0%. The high-ductility clinker-free cement material has higher bearing capacity and excellent ductility, meanwhile, the utilization rate of industrial waste residues is greatly increased, and carbon dioxide release, environment pollution and coal consumption produced in a Portland cement production process can be avoided.
