The invention belongs to the technical field of cement materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of cement clinker and a cement material. The preparation method of the cement clinker provided by the invention comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a cement raw material; and 2) calcining the cement raw material in an oxygen-enriched atmosphere, wherein the oxygen-enriched atmosphere is a mixed gas of oxygen and carbon dioxide in a volume ratio of (0.21-0.61): (0.39-0.79). According to the preparation method of the cement clinker disclosed by the invention, a pollutant NOx is not easy to generate, CO2 is mainly contained in flue gas, so that carbon capture and storage are facilitated, and the prepared cement clinker is high in C3S content and good in performance (hydration effect and stability).
本发明属于水泥材料技术领域,具体涉及一种水泥熟料的制备方法及水泥材料。本发明提供的水泥熟料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)配制水泥生料;2)将所述水泥生料置于富氧气氛下煅烧,所述富氧气氛为体积比(0.21‑0.61):(0.39‑0.79)的氧气和二氧化碳的混合气。本发明的水泥熟料的制备方法,不易生成污染物NOx,烟气中主要为CO2更利于碳捕集和封存,制备的到的水泥熟料中C3S含量高,水泥熟料性能(水化效果、安定性)良好。
