The invention discloses a method for preparing a wide-temperature high-conductivity soft magnetic ferrite core material. The soft magnetic ferrite core material is prepared from Fe2O3, MnO, Ni2O3, ZnO, Sb2O5, Nd2O3, Ho2O3, BaCO3, CaO, Nb2O5, Co2O3, Y2(C2O4)3.10H2O, MoSi2 and the like. The magnetic property of the material can be effectively improved through the various doped ingredients, the evenness of ferrite grains can be improved through added CaO, Nd2O3 and Ho2O3, and incremental permeability is improved. The incremental permeability of the material at high temperature and low temperature can be obviously improved through added Nb2O5 and Sb2O5. A proper amount of Co2O3, Y2(C2O4)3.10H2O and MoSi2 is added, initial permeability and electrical resistivity can be improved, and magnetic loss can be reduced.
