The invention relates to a powder laying device for sintering flaky ceramic, which belongs to the technical field of ceramic sintering and mainly aims to increase the production efficiency and the production quality of the flaky ceramic (hereafter referred to as a ceramic chip). The powder laying device for sintering the flaky ceramic comprises a rack body, a sieve body, a vibrator and a controller, wherein a screen mesh with preset mesh size is arranged at the bottom of the sieve body, and the preset mesh size is greater than the particle size of adhesive separating powder and satisfies the requirement that the adhesive separating powder can be remained in the screen mesh in a vibrating state without external force; the controller is connected with the vibrator and is used for controlling the vibrator to operate, so that the sieve body is directly or indirectly vibrated by the vibrator, and under the vibration of the sieve body, the adhesive separating powder in the sieve body leaks to a ceramic chip placing area from the screen mesh. The adhesive separating powder mutually adsorbs and aggregates to form large particles and can be temporarily remained in the sieve body without leaking downward in the vibrating state without external force. Under the vibration, the adhesive separating powder leaks from the screen mesh of the sieve body, so that the production efficiency and the production quality of the ceramic chip can be increased.
