Flaky aluminum oxide porous ceramic for cooling antibacterial LED lamps is prepared from, by weight, 34-36 parts of alpha-Al2O3 (particle size is 2-8 microns), 100-105 parts of deionized water, 0.2-0.3 part of sodium polyacrylate, 2-2.3 parts of methyl cellulose, 1.6-1.8 parts of glycerol, 1.2-1.5 parts of barium titanate, 0.6-0.8 part of molybdenum disulfide, 0.3-0.5 part of nano-silver, 0.4-0.5 part of silane coupling agent kh-550, 4-5 parts of nano-aluminum hydroxide, 1.2-1.5 parts of nano-copper and 0.9-1.1 parts of PVA adhesion agents. Interlayer porous channels of the flaky aluminum oxide porous ceramic are communicated, transition is good, and thermal fatigue property is good. By using the barium titanate and the molybdenum disulfide, binding force between the ceramic and metal is improved; by adding the nano-silver, the antibacterial performance of the ceramic is lasting.
