Preparation method for closed porous inorganic foam material
The invention relates to a preparation method for a closed porous inorganic foam material. The method comprises the first step of drying and smashing marlstone into powder with the grain diameter below one millimeter, wherein silicon dioxide takes up 50-55% of the weight percent of the marlstone; the second step of adding sludge into the powder prepared in the first step, adding water until the water content in the mixture reaches 25-35% and continuously stirring the mixture to be uniformly mixed; the third step of adding the mixture prepared in the second step into a mold for compression molding and then drying the mixture; the fourth step of placing a dried finished product into a furnace for baking and then taking the product out of the furnace. According to the method, marlstone and sludge are adopted for preparing the inorganic foam material, the raw materials are low in price and easy to obtain, the process is simple, processing is easy, and cost is lowered remarkably.
