The building formwork is characterized by comprising an overlaid composite body formed by overlaying double-layer composite bodies of B and C by 16-3,000 layers, wherein B is high melt strength polypropylene (HMSPP) foaming materials, and C is homo-polypropylene or calcium carbonate polypropylene. The building formwork has the advantages of being light, high in strength and recoverable, and the use frequency ranges from 100 to 300.
