A cement quick hardening material comprising calcium sulfoaluminate hydrate that is produced by mixing calcium alminate, gypsum and a water-containing compound together in a high-speed shearing mode at a revolution speed of 20 m/s or more; and a cement composition comprising the cement quick hardening material and cement.
