Provided are: a cement quick hardening material, of which the work life can be secured after pouring concrete, and which has excellent storage stability; a method for producing the cement quick hardening material; and a cement composition containing the cement quick hardening material. A cement quick hardening material comprising calcium sulfoaluminate hydrate that is produced by mixing calcium alminate, gypsum and a water-containing compound together in a high-speed shearing mode at a revolution speed of 20 m/s or more; and a cement composition comprising the cement quick hardening material and cement.
