Disclosed is a squat toilet preventing trapped legs, comprising a toilet (1), the toilet (1) being provided with a squatting hole (2), a waste discharge port (21), a bend pipe (3) and a discharged sewage receiving port (4), wherein the squatting hole (2) in communication with the waste discharge port (21), the waste discharge port (21) in communication with the bend pipe (3), and the bend pipe (3) in communication with the discharged sewage receiving port (4). An upper bend position (5) of the bend pipe (3) is provided with a guide hole (6), and the guide hole (6) is provided with a moving piston (7), such that the moving piston (7) is capable of moving upwards in the guide hole (6), and in the case of a child stepping with his/her leg into the bend pipe (3) through the waste discharge part (21), this prevents the bend pipe (3) trapping the leg of the child.
