Preparation method for cement retarder by using desulfurized gypsum
The invention discloses a preparation method for a cement retarder by using desulfurized gypsum and belongs to the field of technical preparation of retarders. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing desulfurized gypsum, calcium hydroxide and a sodium chloride solution, heating the mixture, filtering, heating the filtered substance at high temperature, and soaking the filtered substance with linoleic acid so as to obtain modified activated desulfurized gypsum powder; mixing the modified activated desulfurized gypsum powder with C12H25N(CH3)2(CH2)3SO3, mesaconic acid, ammonia water and the like, and carrying out ultrasonic oscillation, heating, ageing and air drying so as to obtain the cement retarder. An example proves that the desulfurized gypsum is used fully, the resource waste is reduced, the environment is protected, the setting time of concrete is prolonged by 65-70% by the prepared cement retarder, newly mixed concrete is enabled to keep plasticity for a longer time, the casting is convenient and the construction efficiency is improved by 75% or above.
