Desulfurized gypsum super-sulfur cement concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses desulfurized gypsum super-sulfur cement concrete and a preparation method thereof. The desulfurized gypsum super-sulfur cement concrete is prepared from, by weight, 65-80 partsof slag powder, 15-20 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 5-15 parts of cement, 138-153 parts of sand, 189-207 parts of stone, 1-3 parts of lactic acid solution, 0.4-0.8 part of water reducing agent and 35-45 parts of water. The preparation method of the concrete comprises the following steps of: mixing the slag, the desulfurized gypsum, the cement, the sand and the stone; adding the water reducing agent, the water and the lactic acid solution; and then molding and curing the concrete to obtain the super-sulfur cement concrete. According to the method of the invention, the strength of the super-sulfur cement concrete at each age, especially the early strength, can be greatly improved; and the problem of false coagulation possibly occurring in the mixing process can be effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种脱硫石膏超硫水泥混凝土及其制备方法,该脱硫石膏超硫水泥混凝土,按重量百分比包括以下组分:矿渣粉65~80份、脱硫石膏15~20份、水泥5~15份、砂138~153份、石189~207份,乳酸溶液1~3份,减水剂0.4~0.8份,水35~45份。上述混凝土的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将矿渣、脱硫石膏、水泥、砂、石混合,加入减水剂、水及乳酸溶液,然后进行混凝土成型和养护,即得到所述超硫水泥混凝土。本发明可以极大的提升超硫水泥混凝土的各龄期强度,尤其是早期强度;并且能够有效地解决拌和过程中可能出现的“假凝”问题。
