The invention also provides a standard capacitor, and a preparation method thereof. The nano ceramic material composition is taken as a medium of the standard capacitor. The standard capacitor prepared by taking the nano ceramic material composition as the medium is high in accurate, low in loss factor, wide in capacity range, and high in stability and reliability.
