The invention discloses a diaphragm wall parallel drilling method grooving process. According to the step of parallel drilling, main hole drilling construction is carried out firstly, when a main hole is 10 m deeper than a secondary hole, clay is filled back into the main hole, and the top surface of the clay is 0.5 m higher than the top surface of a guide groove; then drilling construction of the secondary hole is carried out, when the height different of the depth of the secondary hole and a small wall is 3-5 m, excavation of the small wall is carried out, and it should be guaranteed that the groove and the holes are perpendicular in the excavation and drilling process of the main hole, the secondary hole and the small wall. According to the hole finishing process, parallel drilling is carried out on a groove section for grooving. According to the diaphragm wall parallel drilling method grooving process, intra-hole pulping of the backfilled clay is formed in the drilling process, and drill slag is wrapped with the backfilled clay in the hole and fully squeezed and fill an overhead serious-leakage passage, so that the stability of an overhead loose serious-leakage stratum is improved. The process that the main hole, the secondary hole and the small wall are excavated and drilled separately and circularly is adopted, and the method of repeated and circular intra-hole pulping and squeezing filling on cracks of a pulp leakage passage and the like is adopted as well, so that the grooving effect and quality of a diaphragm wall are greatly improved.
