Construction method of anti-floating anchor rod
The invention belongs to the field of anti-floating anchor rod construction in the building industry and particularly relates to a construction method of an anti-floating anchor rod. The method includes the steps that after a cushion layer is constructed, concrete, at the pile position of the anti-floating anchor rod, of the cushion layer is cut off through a water drill; a cofferdam is piled up on the periphery of an anchor rod hole in the cushion layer through red sandstone, and the red sandstone is then used for laying a channel used for connecting the cofferdam with the interior of a nearest post cap pit; the anchor rod hole is drilled in a red sandstone natural foundation through an anchor rod rotary-jetting drilling rig; prestressed concrete is adopted, a twisted steel bar is used as a rod body of the anti-floating anchor rod, and the two ends of the twisted steel bar are connected through square steel cushion plates and prestressed nuts; a grouting pipe is placed in the anchor rod hole together with the rod body of the anti-floating anchor rod; a two-time grouting method is adopted for grouting; an opening of the anchor rod hole is blocked through modified asphalt grease, and a waterproof layer is constructed above the opening; and the upper end of the rod body of the anti-floating anchor rod is anchored in a foundation mat. The construction method solves the problems existing in structure anti-floating construction in red sandstone geology with the high underground water level.
