The invention discloses an anti-buckling restrained prestressed anti-floating anchor rod construction method and an anti-floating anchor rod. The method comprises the steps that the buckling restrained prefabricated pipe is conveyed into the ground in the first direction, and a pipe body penetrates through an upper soft soil stratum to enter a stratum with the high underlying strength by 1 m to 2 m; taking the hollow inner cavity of the buckling-restrained prefabricated pipe as a guide, drilling a hole in the hollow inner cavity, continuously drilling a hole in a soil body below the hollow inner cavity, cleaning the drilled hole and the hollow inner cavity of the pipe, placing a rib body of the pre-stressed anchor rod into the drilled hole, and pouring anchor slurry to the top end of the buckling-restrained prefabricated pipe after positioning; and tensioning and locking the pre-stressed anchor rod, and anchoring the pre-stressed anchor rod in the bottom plate of the underground structure. The pre-stressed anchor rod of which the middle core bears the tensioning force is restrained by the prefabricated pipe of the outer sleeve, so that the whole tensioning and locking construction process is completed on the premise that the anchor rod does not bend under pressure, and then the anchor head is anchored in a bottom plate of an underground structure. Therefore, the problem of buckling failure of the prestressed anti-floating anchor rod on the soft soil foundation in the tensioning process is thoroughly solved. In the design stage, the anti-pulling bearing capacity of the anchor rods does not need to be greatly reduced, so that the number of the arranged anchor rods is greatly increased, or the anti-floating scheme that the anchor rods are totally pulled through reinforced concrete cast-in-place piles is not needed to be changed, and therefore the structural manufacturing cost of the project can be effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种防压屈约束预应力抗浮锚杆施工方法及抗浮锚杆。其中,所述方法包括:将屈曲约束预制管材沿一第一方向送入地下,且管身穿透上部软土地层进入下卧强度较高的地层中1~2m;以该屈曲约束预制管材的中空内腔为引导,在中空内腔钻孔并在下方土体中继续钻进成孔,对钻孔以及管材中空内腔进行清孔,将该预应力锚杆的筋体置入钻孔内,定位后浇筑锚浆至屈曲约束预制管材的顶端;对该预应力锚杆进行张拉、锁定,将预应力锚杆锚固在地下结构底板内。本发明由外套的预制管材约束住中芯承担张拉力的预应力锚杆,令锚杆在不发生受压屈曲的前提下完成整个张拉与锁定的施工过程,再将锚头锚固在地下结构的底板内,从而彻底解决软土地基上的预应力抗浮锚杆在张拉过程中发生压屈失效的问题。在设计阶段无需大幅调低锚杆的抗拔承载力从而导致大量增加锚杆布置根数,或者变更为全由钢筋混凝土灌注桩抗拔的抗浮方案,故能有效降低此类工程的结构造价。
