Method and device for determining surface heat emission coefficient of mass concrete structure
The invention provides a method and device for determining the surface heat emission coefficient of a mass concrete structure. According to the method for determining the surface heat emission coefficient of the mass concrete structure, a concrete test piece is arranged in an air duct device, air is blown to the test piece through an air source, and the heat emission coefficient is determined and verified by testing the influence of the air speed on the surface heat emission coefficient of the concrete structure. The method comprises the steps that 1, the air source arranged in an air duct is started, so that airflow at a set air speed is provided for the test piece; and 2, the concrete surface temperatures under different air speed conditions are detected and recorded, the concrete surface heat emission coefficient is inversed, and the relevant rule between the air speed and the concrete surface is worked out through regression analysis. The invention further provides the device for the method. According to the method, the heat emission coefficient of the concrete surface is calculated according to an obtained test formula; particularly, the heat preservation coefficients of different azimuth surfaces including the vertical surface and the horizontal surface can be distinguished, and thus data can better accord with the objective reality; the method and device are more significant for evaluating the effect of a heat preservation layer.
