The invention provides a folding plate type inflow vertical well system connected into a deep tunnel drainage system. The folding plate type inflow vertical well system comprises a cylindrical vertical well body, a shallow drainage connecting pipe duct and a deep tunnel connecting pipe duct. An underground negative layer is erected at an upper end opening of a well body of the vertical well, the vertical well is longitudinally divided into a dry vertical well area and a wet vertical well area through a partition, the lower end of the dry vertical well area is communicated with the lower end of the wet vertical well area, and the dry vertical well area is communicated with the underground negative layer. A plurality of energy dissipating plates are transversely arranged in the wet vertical well area in two rows at intervals, the two rows of energy dissipating plates are arranged on the left half portion and the right half portion of the wet vertical well area respectively, a deep water drainage opening is formed in the lower end of the well body of the vertical well and connected with the deep tunnel connecting pipe duct, and a shallow drainage opening is formed in the wet vertical well area side at the upper end of the well body of the vertical well and connected with the shallow drainage system connecting pipe duct. A step ladder is erected in the dry vertical well area, and vent holes are formed in the positions, in the lower middle portions of the energy dissipating plates, of the partition. Storm sewage in a shallow drainage system can be effectively connected into the deep tunnel drainage system, and the functions of inflow connecting, waterpower consuming, ventilating and deodorizing, access overhauling, surge protecting and the like are achieved.
