The present invention provides a flyash cement honeycomb composite wallboard building fixed on the ground. The structure comprises a plurality of flyash cement honeycomb composite wallboards fixed on the ground. An I-shaped wall formed through connection of the flyash cement honeycomb composite wallboards is connected to be an I shape and of a right angle. Each flyash cement honeycomb composite wallboard comprises central honeycomb layers, substrates at the two sides, and sound-proof material layers disposed between the substrates and the central honeycomb layers. The central honeycomb layers comprise a plurality of hollow regular hexagon columns connected in a seamless manner, so as to enable the cross section of the central honeycomb layers to be of a regular hexagon honeycomb shape; a top part and a bottom part of the central honeycomb layer are bonded with the sound-proof material layers through a binding material, so as to form a plurality of regular hexagon hollow columns, extending perpendicular to the sound-proof material layers, between the two sound-proof material layers; outer surfaces of the sound-proof material layers are bonded with the substrates through the binding material; and two flyash cement honeycomb composite wallboards are connected through three U-shaped connection frames to form an L shape.
