The invention provides a fly ash cement honeycomb composite wallboard building. The building comprises a plurality of fly ash cement honeycomb composite wallboards fixedly arranged on the ground, straight walls formed by connecting the plurality of fly ash cement honeycomb composite wallboards are respectively connected to form a straight line and a rectangular angle; each of the fly ash cement honeycomb composite wallboards comprises a central honeycomb layer, substrates at two sides of the central honeycomb layer, and sound insulation material layers arranged between the substrates and the central honeycomb layer; the central honeycomb layer comprises a plurality of seamlessly-connected hollow orthohexagonal columns to make the cross section of the central honeycomb layer be orthohexagonally honeycomb, and the top and the bottom of the central honeycomb layer are respectively bonded with the sound insulation material layers through an adhesive to make a plurality of orthohexagonal hollow columns extending vertically to the sound insulation material layers be formed between the sound insulation material layers; the external surfaces of the sound insulation material layers are respectively bonded with the substrates through the adhesive; and two fly ash cement honeycomb composite wallboards are connected through three U-shaped connecting frames to form an L shape.
