The invention relates to a novel frame-structure cross infilled wall constructional column comprising precast segmental building blocks, yin-yang meshing components and through grooves and the like. The novel frame-structure cross infilled wall constructional column is characterized in that the building block is provided with two through grooves which penetrate the upper bottom surface and the lower bottom surface of the building block, the central position of each of the upper bottom surface and the lower bottom surface of each building block is provided with a concave or convex prismatic meshing component, and longitudinal bars are pre-embedded in a manner of embedded parts.
