The invention discloses a construction technology of a filler wall constructional column concrete different-layer building. The construction technology comprises the steps that firstly, reinforcing steel bars are implanted; secondly, steel bars are bound; step 3, positioning and wall building; fourthly, a formwork is installed; 5, pouring concrete; sixthly, the formwork is removed; wherein in the first step, firstly, a reserved opening with the depth of 50-80 mm is dug in the bottom position of a pre-filled wall constructional column, then one ends of a plurality of steel bars are embedded into the bottom of a top beam in a square structure, and the other ends of the steel bars are embedded into the reserved opening and fixed through concrete; when the height of a built wall exceeds 4m, the reinforced concrete horizontal straining beam which is connected with the constructional column and penetrates along the full length of the wall is arranged at the half height of the wall body, so that the anti-seismic effect is improved; the top and the bottom of the reinforcing steel bar are both implanted into the concrete, and the reinforcing steel bar in the wall and the implanted reinforcing steel bar are bound through the iron wire rope, so that the connection strength of the constructional column of the infilled wall is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种填充墙构造柱砼异层建筑的施工工艺,包括步骤一,植入钢筋;步骤二,绑扎钢筋;步骤三,定位砌墙;步骤四,安装模板;步骤五,浇砼;步骤六,模板拆除;其中上述步骤一中,首先将预填充墙构造柱底部位置处开凿50‑80mm深的预留口,然后将多根钢筋的一端成方形结构植入顶梁底部,将多根钢筋的另一端埋入预留口内,并通过混凝土固定;该发明对于砌墙高度超过4m时,在墙体半高处设置与构造柱连接且沿墙全长贯通的钢筋混凝土水平系梁,提高了抗震效果;通过将钢筋的顶部和底部均植入混凝土内的植入方式,且通过铁丝绳将墙内钢筋与植入钢筋进行绑扎,大大提高了填充墙构造柱的连接强度。
