Novel composite foaming wallboard and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel composite foaming wallboard and a preparation method thereof. The method is as below: crushing straw, adding polyurethane, a foaming agent and a catalyst, heating with stirring, fully foaming, injecting the mixture into a mould, putting the mould in an oven, taking out after baking, stripping, naturally drying under normal temperature to prepare a polyurethane / straw composite foam insulation layer; crushing the straw, adding polyester, phenolic resin, a water proofing agent, activated carbon and a far infrared powder, evenly mixing, extruding by a single screw extruder to obtain a finished product, cutting the finished product to a required size to prepare a composite foaming wallboard outer layer; and smearing phenolic resin between the outer wall and the insulation layer, and conducting a bonding process by a hot press. The novel composite foaming wallboard fully utilizes the straw, and has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good water resistance and broad prospect.
