The invention provides a fiber composite resin reinforced PVC (polyvinyl chloride) foaming wallboard. The wallboard comprises a reinforced core body and a PVC foaming body coating the periphery of the core body, the reinforced core body is formed by raw materials including a short fiber reinforced material and thermoplastic engineering plastic, the glass transition temperature of the engineering plastic is higher than that of PVC resin in the PVC foaming body, and the melting point of the engineering plastic is not lower than 160 degrees. The core body and the PVC foaming body of the fiber composite resin reinforced PVC foaming wallboard provided by the invention can be compositely molded in a co-extrusion manner, on one hand, the core body can be made into a structure with an irregular shape through a mold, and the problem that a plate with an irregular structure is difficult to reinforce by a glass fiber prepreg tape in the prior art is solved; on the other hand, high-strength combination can be formed between the core body and the PVC foaming body without arranging an adhesive layer, and the core body and the PVC foaming body are not prone to delamination.
本发明提供了一种纤维复合树脂增强的PVC发泡墙板,该墙板包括增强芯体和包覆于芯体外周的PVC发泡体;所述增强芯体由短纤维增强材料和热塑性工程塑料在内的原料形成,所述工程塑料的玻璃化温度大于所述PVC发泡体中的PVC树脂,且所述工程塑料的熔点不低于160°。本发明提供的纤维复合树脂增强的PVC发泡墙板的芯体和PVC发泡体可以通过共挤的方式复合成型,一方面可以通过模具将芯体制成具有不规则形状的结构,解决现有技术中玻纤预浸带难以对具有不规则结构的板材进行增强的问题,另一方面芯体和PVC发泡体之间不需要设置胶黏层也能形成较高强度的结合,芯体与PVC发泡体之间不易脱层。
