The invention discloses a lifting scaffold for high-rise residence concave and convex portions, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The lifting scaffold comprises upper supporting frames, a halyard, a lower supporting frame and horizontal rods provided with wall-through bolts; the upper supporting frames are fixed to a shear wall; the upper end and the lower end of the halyard are respectively and slidably fastened to one upper supporting frame and the lower supporting frame; and the lower supporting frame is fixed through the two horizontal rods provided with the wall-through bolts and fixed to the shear wall. Compared with a floor type steel pipe scaffold, the lifting scaffold can save a lot of steel pipes; as the lifting scaffold is provided with a lifting power device, electric power recourses can be saved; and the lifting scaffold is safe and reliable, is convenient to use, can be repeatedly used, and can reduce the engineering cost.
