Anti-collision quick-opening door structure for large geotechnical centrifuge
The invention discloses an anti-collision door structure of a large geotechnical centrifuge. The anti-collision door structure is installed on the door opening channel of the cabin of the geotechnicalcentrifuge and comprises a buffer door mechanism and a side door mechanism; the buffer door mechanism comprises a sealing plate, bent anti-collision rods, an arc-shaped leveling plate and a levelingplate side face sealing plate; the middle parts of the sealing plate and the arc-shaped leveling plate are connected through a plurality of bent anti-collision rods; the side door mechanism comprisesa plurality of pin shafts; the pin shafts are supported by guide bearings; the guide bearings are installed through H-shaped steel; the middle pin shafts extend towards the middle of a side door shelland are machined into worms; the worms on two sides are connected through a worm wheel; a motor works to drive the worm wheel to rotate; and the worms on two sides are driven to horizontally and axially move through a worm wheel and worm pair; and all the pin shafts synchronously advance and retract and are inserted into pin shaft incoming holes. With the anti-collision door structure of the large geotechnical centrifuge adopted, energy absorption and collision prevention can be effectively achieved when the geotechnical centrifuge is impacted due to accidents; the geotechnical centrifuge will not be affected by the external environment and personnel; and test safety is guaranteed.
