The invention discloses a concrete residual slurry treatment process which comprises the following steps: adding stones into concrete residual slurry, stirring, adding a residual slurry treatment agent, continuously stirring until granules are formed, discharging to obtain concrete residual slurry aggregate, and storing for later use; wherein packages with different weights are selected for the residual slurry treatment agent according to different addition amounts, the weight ratio of the residual slurry to the stones is 1: 1-1: 3. According to the invention, the stones are added and stirred,so that the residual slurry is adhered and coated on the surfaces of stone particles, and the added residual slurry treatment agent is mainly used for absorbing water and curing, so that quick waterlose, curing, and fluidity lose of cement mortar are achieved in a short time, granules are formed, and coated and adhered on the surfaces of the stones to form the recyclable concrete residual slurryaggregate.
本发明公开了一种混凝土余浆处理工艺，所述工艺为：在混凝土余浆中加入石子，搅拌，加入余浆处理剂，继续搅拌至形成颗粒状，卸料，得到混凝土余浆骨料，保存，备用；所述余浆处理剂根据添加量的不同选择不同重量的包装；所述余浆与石子的重量比为：余浆：石子＝1:1～1:3。本发明通过添加石子及搅拌，使余浆粘附包裹于石子颗粒表面上，加入的余浆处理剂，主要作用是吸水固化，使水泥砂浆在短时间内迅速失水固化，失去流动性，形成颗粒状，包裹粘附于石子表面，形成可回收利用的混凝土余浆骨料。
