The invention relates to the field of recycling of building materials, in particular to a waste concrete slurry treatment process and a concrete preparation method thereof.The waste concrete slurry treatment process comprises the steps of (1) sand and stone separation of waste concrete slurry and (2) preparation of finished product slurry.According to the waste concrete slurry treatment process, filter pressing is not needed, a slump retaining blender and a proper amount of water are added through a waste slurry device; according to the present invention, the treated sand and the treated stone can be adopted as the concrete raw materials, such that the zero emission is achieved, the production cost is significantly reduced, and the slump loss resistance blending agent can delay the hydration reaction through the formula optimization so as to improve the slump loss resistance of the concrete. The waste slurry additive effectively reduces the time loss of concrete, can disperse cement particles in waste slurry, adsorbs slurry particles in the waste slurry, can reduce the concentration of the waste slurry, can ensure that the waste slurry is fully and effectively utilized in the concrete production process, and improves the construction performance of the concrete.
