The intention provides an engineering spoil light recycled aggregate and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The preparation methodof the engineering spoil light recycled aggregate provided by the invention comprises the following steps: spraying a magnesium chloride solution into a main material, and granulating to obtain main material particles of the light recycled aggregate; wherein the main material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 400-3600 parts of engineering spoil micro powder, 480-1945 parts of light calcined magnesia, 400-3600 parts of red brick powder, 0-400 parts of fly ash and 0-1.5 parts of a light core material; allowing the lightweight recycled aggregate main material particles to be subjected to pre-curing to obtain primary lightweight recycled aggregate; and soaking the primary light recycled aggregate into a saturated surface dry state by using a reinforcing agent aqueous solution, and carrying out deep curing to obtain the engineering spoil light recycled aggregate. The engineering spoil micro powder is used in the raw material with a large mixing amount, and a new directionis provided for utilization of the engineering spoil.
本发明提供了一种工程弃土轻质再生骨料及其制备方法和应用,属于建筑材料技术领域。本发明提供的工程弃土轻质再生骨料的制备方法包括如下步骤:向主料中喷涂氯化镁溶液,进行造粒,得到轻质再生骨料主料颗粒;所述主料包括如下质量份的组分:工程弃土微粉400~3600份,轻烧氧化镁480~1945份,红砖粉400~3600份,粉煤灰0~400份,轻质内核材料0~1.5份;将所述轻质再生骨料主料颗粒进行预养护,得到初级轻质再生骨料;使用增强剂水溶液将所述初级轻质再生骨料浸泡后处理为饱和面干状态,然后进行深度养护,得到工程弃土轻质再生骨料。本发明的原料中大掺量使用工程弃土微粉,为工程弃土的利用提供了新方向。
