The invention relates to an artificial recycled aggregate prepared from engineering spoil and a preparation method thereof. The artificial recycled aggregate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 250 to 300 parts of spoil powder, 90-100 parts of cement, 2.5-4 parts of water glass, 100 to 120 parts of regenerated micro powder, 0.001 to 0.25 part of triisopropanolamine, 1.5 to 3 parts of a coagulant and 60 to 80 parts of water. The artificial aggregate prepared by the preparation method is relatively small in pores, good in internal performance, improved in crushing index and water absorption rate and obviously enhanced in strength, so the recycled aggregate can replace a part of natural sandstone in building materials, which enables exploitation of the natural sandstone to be reduced; and thus, resource reutilization of engineering spoil is achieved, high practicability is obtained, an implementation method is high in operability, and considerable environmental benefits and social benefits are achieved.
本发明涉及一种利用工程弃土制备的人造再生骨料及其制备方法,人造再生骨料包括以下重量份的原料:弃土粉料250~300份,水泥90~100份,水玻璃2.5~4份,再生微粉100~120份,三异丙醇胺0.001~0.25份,促凝剂1.5~3份、水60~80份,本发明制备得到的人造骨料孔隙较小,内部性能较好,压碎指标和吸水率均得到了改善,同时再生骨料的强度有明显提高,从而在建筑材料中可代替部分天然砂石,减少了对天然砂石的开采,不仅实现了工程弃土的资源化再利用,而且实用性强、实施方法可操作性高,具有可观的环境效益和社会效益。
