Hydrophobic antibacterial geopolymer material for marine concrete structure and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a hydrophobic antibacterial geopolymer material for a marine concrete structure. The hydrophobic antibacterial geopolymer material is characterized by comprising the followingcomponents in parts by weight: 700-760 parts of a silicon-aluminum mineral raw material, 260-300 parts of an alkali activator, 40-60 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 2-8 parts of graphene oxide and 30-50 parts of polystyrene-dimethyl siloxane fibers. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the hydrophobic antibacterial geopolymer material. The preparation method comprises the followingsteps: 1) preparing a geopolymer raw material; 2) preparing a graphene oxide-sodium hydroxide solution; 3) preparing a graphene oxide-alkali-activated solution, and (4) preparing the hydrophobic antibacterial geopolymer material. The hydrophobic antibacterial effect of the geopolymer material is remarkably improved by fully utilizing the properties and excellent synergistic effect of the grapheneoxide, the nano titanium dioxide and the polystyrene-dimethyl siloxane fiber.
本发明公开了一种用于海工混凝土结构的疏水抗菌型地聚合物材料,其特征在于包括以下按重量计的组分:硅铝质矿物原料700‑760份,碱激发剂260‑300份,纳米二氧化钛40‑60份,氧化石墨烯2‑8份,聚苯乙烯‑二甲基硅氧烷纤维30‑50份。本发明还公开了疏水抗菌型地聚合物材料制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)制备地聚合物原料;2)制备氧化石墨烯‑氢氧化钠溶液;3)制备氧化石墨烯‑碱激发溶液;4)制备疏水抗菌型地聚合物材料。充分利用氧化石墨烯、纳米二氧化钛以及聚苯乙烯‑二甲基硅氧烷纤维三者的自身性能以及优异的协同作用,显著了提高了地聚合物材料的疏水抗菌效果。
