The invention relates to an anti-crack and impermeable concrete and a preparation technology thereof. The concrete comprises, by weight, 1000-1100 kg/m<3> of coarse aggregates, 700-730 kg/m<3> of river sands, 300-350 kg/m<3> of cement, 130-170 kg/m<3> of deionized water, 40-70 kg/m<3> of fly ash, 30-50 kg/m<3> of mineral slag powder, 15-35 kg/m<3> of polypropylene-ramie compound fibers, 10-20 kg/m<3> of silicone amide and 4-7 kg/m<3> of a water reducing agent. The preparation technology comprises the following steps: S1, preparing the polypropylene-ramie compound fibers; S2, carrying out dry mixing on base materials; S3, preparing a mixture; and S4, adding auxiliary agents. The impermeable and anti-crack performances of concrete are improved.
