The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to impervious concrete and a preparation method thereof.The impervious concrete is prepared from, by weight, 200-300 parts of cement, 900-1000 parts of pebbles, 800-900 parts of sand, 90-110 parts of fly ash, 0.5-1 part of a nano-particle material, 5-10 parts of a phase change expansion anti-cracking agent, 1.5-3 parts of an additive and 150 parts of water; the preparation method of the phase change expansion anti-cracking agent comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing dodecanol and a mixed expansion agent, then adding acidified graphite, uniformly mixing to form a mixture, and carrying out vacuum adsorption on the mixture, so that the dodecanol and the mixed expansion agent are adsorbed in the porous structure of the acidified graphite; the mass ratio of the dodecanol to the mixed expanding agent to the acidified graphite is (35-50): (50-60): (1-5). Under the combined action of the phase-change expansion anti-cracking agent and the nano-particle material, the risk of cracking of the concrete is reduced, and the anti-seepage performance of the prepared concrete is improved.
