The invention discloses a lightweight concrete, and a method for preparing high-titanium blast furnace slag expanded bead coarse and fine aggregates, belongs to the technical field of production and manufacturing of environmentally-friendly building materials, and concretely provides a lightweight concrete having excellent performances and being able to effectively digest a large number of high-titanium expanded beads, and a method for producing high-titanium blast furnace slag expanded bead coarse and fine aggregates. The lightweight concrete is a pouring coagulum which is prepared from 650-700 kg/m<3> of high-titanium blast furnace slag expanded bead coarse aggregates, 450-500 kg/m<3> of high-titanium blast furnace slag expanded bead fine aggregates, 265-300 kg/m<3> of cement, 160-200 kg/m<3> of a coal ash admixture and 320-370 kg/m<3> of stirring water. The method comprises the following steps: liquid high-titanium blast furnace slag in a slag tank is slowly turned into a specially-made chute, the molten slag is rapidly thrown into air through roller blades rotating at a high speed to make liquid molten slag be in contact with water mist, sprayed into the air, in the air and form spherical hollow small-particle expanded beads after being rapidly cooled, and the spherical hollow small-particle expanded beads fall into a bead expanding pool and are slowly cooled to obtain thehigh-titanium blast furnace slag expanded beads.
本发明公开了一种轻质混凝土及制备高钛型高炉渣膨珠粗细骨料的工艺方法,属于环保建材生产制造技术领域。提供一种性能优良,能有能效消化大量高钛型膨珠的轻质混凝土,以及生产高钛型高炉渣膨珠粗细骨料的工艺方法。所述的轻质混凝土为下述重量分组份的浇筑凝结物,650~700kg/m的高钛型高炉渣膨珠粗骨料,450~500kg/m的高钛型高炉渣膨珠细骨料,265~300kg/m的水泥,160~200kg/m的粉煤灰掺合料以及320~370kg/m的搅拌用水。所述的工艺方法为先将渣罐中的液态高钛型高炉渣缓慢翻至特制的溜槽中,然后由高速旋转的滚筒叶片将其快速抛向空中,液态熔渣在空中与喷向空中的水雾相接触,快速冷却后形成的一种球形空心小颗粒膨珠,随后落入膨珠池中缓慢冷却得到高钛型高炉渣膨珠。
