The invention provides anti-cracking and anti-blocking pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials comprise cement, recycled aggregate, wood fibers, an anti-blocking agent and water, and the anti-blocking agent contains amorphous high-activity free silicon oxide and a material with high adsorption performance. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, drying and dehydrating garden waste to obtain a first product; S2, cutting the first product into blocks to obtain a second product; S3, mixing broken stones with the second product, adding a small amountof water, and carrying out stirring to obtain a third product; and S4, adding the cement, the anti-blocking agent and the water into the third product, and carrying out stirring to obtain the anti-cracking and anti-blocking pervious concrete; and S5, laying the anti-cracking anti-blocking pervious concrete on the ground. Technicians in the field aim to develop the anti-cracking and anti-blockingpervious concrete and the preparation method thereof in order to solve the problem of saltpetering of the pervious concrete and the problem on how to resist to formation of a biological membrane in the pervious concrete and retard the blockage of the pervious concrete.
