The invention provides a porous ceramic membrane material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: in a water bath environment, adding a sodium alginate solution in the process of preparing a ceramic slurry from raw material powder, mixing with a calcium ethylenediamine tetraacetate solution and glucolactone, carrying out directional freezing pore control after in-situ gel curing, and sintering to obtain the porous ceramic membrane material which has a directional stepped pore structure, controllable pore diameter and high porosity. Themethod can solve the problems of low flux, complex process, long production period, uncontrollable pore diameter, single pore structure, low mechanical strength, uncontrollable shape and thickness and the like of the porous ceramic membrane prepared in the prior art; compared with other preparation methods of aluminum oxide whisker porous ceramic membranes, the preparation method is simple in preparation process, high in efficiency, low in cost, environment-friendly and capable of being popularized and applied on a large scale.
本发明提供一种多孔陶瓷膜材料及其制备方法和应用,该方法包括:水浴环境下,在原料粉体制备成陶瓷浆料的过程中加入海藻酸钠溶液,并与乙二胺四乙酸钙溶液、葡萄糖酸内酯混合,原位凝胶固化后进行定向冷冻控孔,烧结得多孔陶瓷膜材料,该材料具有定向阶梯孔结构、孔径可控、孔隙率高。本发明的方法解决了现有技术制备的多孔陶瓷膜通量较低、工艺复杂生产周期长、孔径不可控、孔结构单一、机械强度较低和形状厚度不可控等问题,相对于其他氧化铝晶须多孔陶瓷膜的制备方法,制备工艺简单、效率高、成本低、绿色环保,可以推广大规模应用。
