The invention discloses a high-speed railway ballastless track construction measurement method, which comprises the following steps: a track engineering measurement module and corresponding design data are selected in measurement system software; communication and station setting of the measurement system software and a total station are completed; according to the design data, the system softwarecontrols the total station to measure a target point; and data is stored and transmitted to a network informatization management platform. The beneficial effects are as follows: the measurement system is used for directly controlling the accurate measurement tool total station and is matched with prism laser ranging, automatic and accurate measurement of the position of a point is achieved, the position of the point is compared with a design file, a measurement result is read in real time, deviation is rapidly calculated, deviation of three-dimensional coordinates is calculated, constructionis guided, and a webservice network technology is utilized to directly upload a comparison result to a high-speed railway track engineering informatization management platform in the system. Comparedwith the existing manual calculation, the calculation accuracy and the measurement efficiency are improved, the railway construction cost is further reduced, and the construction speed is increased.
