The invention discloses a road cutting machine for civil engineering, which comprises a base, a control box and a protective cover, wherein air blowers are mounted at the lower parts of the two sidesof the protective cover, an air outlet is connected with a water tank through a ventilation pipe, a filtering device is arranged at one end in the water tank, a water outlet is formed in the outer wall of the water tank on one side of the filtering device, a noise reduction device is arranged at the top of the front side of the protective cover, and the noise reduction device comprises a sound absorption plate, a groove, a rectangular sound absorption pad, an arc-shaped sound absorption pad, a rubber protruding block and sound absorption cotton. According to the invention, firstly, dust generated by machine cutting is absorbed; dust or small impurities in the air are precipitated when meeting water; the discharged air does not contain dust, and harm to human health is reduced; and meanwhile, water doped with the dust is discharged after deep filtration, the environment will not be polluted, the water can be sprinkled on a cutting road to further inhibit dust flying, part of the noise generated by machine operation can be absorbed, and the influence on the life of surrounding residents is reduced.
本发明公开了一种土木工程用道路切割机，包括基座、控制箱和保护罩，所述保护罩的两侧下部安装有鼓风机，出风口与水箱通过通风管连接，水箱的内部一端设置有过滤装置，过滤装置的一侧位于水箱的外壁设置有出水口，保护罩的前侧顶部设置有降噪装置，降噪装置包括吸音板、凹槽、矩形吸音垫、弧形吸音垫、橡胶凸块和吸音棉。本发明首先吸走机器切割产生的灰尘，再让空气中的灰尘或者小杂质遇水沉淀，排出的空气不夹杂灰尘，减小了对人体健康带来的伤害，同时掺杂灰尘的水是深层过滤后排出的，不会污染环境，且能够洒在切割道路上，进一步抑制灰尘飞扬，其次可吸收机器运作产生的部分噪音，降低对周围的居民生活带来的影响。
