The invention relates to a steel-concrete composite beam and a construction method. The plane position of a bottom plate of a steel box is controlled through a position correcting supporting body, a step supporting body and a jig frame supporting plate, and the position of a side plate of the steel box is controlled through a supporting column side rod and a supporting column adjusting bolt. A beam top supporting plate and a cantilever supporting beam are arranged on the upper surface and the lower portion of a hoisted box girder respectively, and four bridge erecting machines are arranged onthe beam top supporting plate. A hanging sliding beam is arranged on the outer side of the hoisted box girder, and a construction hanging basket capable of transversely moving along a hanging plate sliding groove in the hanging sliding beam is arranged on the lower portion of the hanging sliding beam. A supporting beam strut is arranged on beam bottom concrete, and a top supporting beam is arranged at the top end of the supporting beam strut. A supporting system formed by combining a combined supporting plate and a supporting plate top supporting rod is arranged at the lower part of a steel box side mold. A vibrating and striking-off device capable of moving along a supporting platform plate on the top plate supporting beam is arranged. According to the invention, the difficulty of steel box girder hoisting and formwork erecting can be reduced, the concrete pouring construction quality is improved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及钢‑混结合梁及施工方法,通过校位支撑体、台阶支撑体及胎架撑板控制钢箱底板的平面位置,通过撑柱侧杆和撑柱调节栓控制钢箱侧板的位置;在已吊放箱梁的上表面和下部分别设置了梁顶支撑板和悬挑撑梁,在梁顶支撑板上设置了四台架桥机;在已吊放箱梁的外侧设置悬挂滑梁,并在悬挂滑梁下部设置了可沿悬挂滑梁上的挂板滑槽横向移动施工挂篮;在梁底混凝土上设置撑梁支柱,并在撑梁支柱的顶端设置了顶部撑梁;在钢箱侧模的下部设置了由组合支板和支板顶撑杆组合的支撑体系;设置了可沿顶板撑梁上的支撑平台板移动振捣刮平装置。本发明可降低钢箱梁吊装和模板支设的难度、提高混凝土浇筑施工质量、提高施工效率。
