The invention discloses a steel plate core wall rock-fill dam. A steel plate is utilized to replace bituminous concrete to be used as a seepage-proof material of a dam body to achieve seepage resistance. A dam shell still adopts a rock-fill material and other local materials. A cushion layer or a transition layer or the like is arranged between the steel plate and the dam shell material. By adopting the steel plate to replace a concrete core wall, the cracking and water leakage problems of the core wall caused by the terrain and geological conditions at a dam site and deformation of the dam body can be prevented, the water leakage detection and repair difficulty degree of the core wall is lowered, the construction process of manual paving or mechanical paving is eliminated, and the construction progress is accelerated; meanwhile, on the premise of not increasing construction cost, the seepage resisting effect is effectively improved, the construction measures are simplified, and the project repair and maintenance difficulty degree is lowered.
本发明公开了一种钢板心墙堆石坝,利用钢板代替沥青混凝土作为坝体的防渗材料进行防渗,坝壳料仍然利用堆石料等当地材料,在钢板和坝壳料之间设置垫层或过渡层等。本发明通过使用钢板代替混凝土心墙,可以防止坝址处的地形地质条件和坝体的变形对心墙造成的开裂漏水问题,降低心墙漏水检测和修补的难度,去除人工摊铺或机械摊铺的施工过程,加快施工进度,同时能够在不增加施工成本的前提下,有效提高防渗效果,简化施工措施,降低工程维修养护难度。
