The anti-blockage grouting device comprises a hollow shell, a filtering mechanism, a grinding mechanism, a driving mechanism and a grouting nozzle, wherein a feeding pipe for introducing slurry is arranged on the top of the shell, the filtering mechanism is arranged in the shell and located on the lower side of the feeding pipe to filter slurry, the grinding mechanism is arranged in the shell and communicates with the filtering mechanism to grind the slurry filtered by the filtering mechanism, the driving mechanism is in driving connection with the grinding mechanism and arranged in the shell, and the grouting nozzle is arranged at the bottom of the shell and communicates with the grinding mechanism to outwards spray the slurry ground by the grinding mechanism. The problem that a grouting pipe is prone to being blocked is effectively solved, the smooth grouting of the grouting device is ensured, construction efficiency is improved, and reinforcing quality can be ensured.
