The invention discloses a grouting sleeve with a slurry outlet free of blockage. A hollow barrel is included and provided with a grouting port and the slurry outlet. The slurry outlet and the groutingport both communicate with a hollow part of the hollow barrel. An outer port of the slurry outlet is inwards provided with a first block ring in the radial direction, an inner port of the slurry outlet is inwards provided with a second block ring in the radial direction, the slurry outlet is internally provided with a movable piece capable of moving in the axial direction of the slurry outlet, anelastic piece in a compression state is arranged between the outer end of the movable piece and the first block ring, and accordingly the inner end of the movable piece is pressed to be attached to the second block ring. By means of the grouting sleeve with the slurry outlet free of blockage, the construction step that the slurry outlet of the grouting sleeve needs to be blocked in construction is omitted, and the construction efficiency is improved. The safety problem caused by the phenomenon that after grouting of an ordinary grouting sleeve is finished, slurry overflows from a slurry outlet under the action of gravity and pressure, then, blockage is conducted, and consequently the filling degree of grouting liquid in the grouting sleeve does not meet the requirement is solved. Excessive overflow of grouting materials can be prevented, materials are saved, and cost is reduced.
